Since then, the company has grown from strength to strength, with several unique and innovative technologies to make rail handling and logistics safer, with more efficient working practices.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Advise and assist all appropriate Managers to discharge their responsibilities for the Health & Safety of employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by Statutory Regulations and Company practice.
• Ensure that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required.
• Liaise with the Compliance Manager.
• Carry out regular site inspections to identify issues or non-conformances.
• Carry out Safety Inductions.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and enforce control measure.
• Carry out accident/incident investigations in accordance with the Company’s procedure and analyse all data, making recommendations to avoid any recurrences.
• Develop and conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Participate in the work of the Health & Safety Committee

The Requirements

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, you must be able to educate and train on site to promote a good safety culture within the whole company. You must be willing to travel as our services cover the whole of the UK. Ideally you will have knowledge of working on the railway infrastructure and hold a current PTS Card and hold a minimum of NEBOSH Qualification.
