I am currently working with 4 Tier one main Contractors as a joint venture doing HS2 enabling works worth £1 billion! The scope of work includes viaducts, green tunnels, road diversions, over bridges and excavation.
The ideal candidate will take responsibility for all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include the booking of visitors, procurement of office consumables and management of supplies.You will be managing diary schedules and meetings including setting up teams invites/ booking rooms.
You will be involved in correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR). You would also get involved with providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams.
You MUST have strong communication skills and experience within a similar role with similar values.
This role is a permanent role paying up to £30,000.

Responsibilities:
- Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
- Assisting with Handover files
- Numbering documents and filing
- Updating and maintaining document registers
- Ordering materials for site
- Ordering PPE for people on site
- Ad hoc dutie
- Knowledge of Document Management systems
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Time Management to work to deadlines
- Be able to produce and manage communications
