BIM Development Lead to fulfil an array of tasks relating to digital content and how it is produced, stored, shared, and exploited using the latest technologies and practices for Transportation projects within the UK. This will involve working with design teams and existing Subject Matter Experts developing and documenting best practice approaches and methodologies, using mainly AutoDesk products and predominantly focusing on AutoCAD Civil 3D. For this role, you'll:

• Be required to work with design teams to ensure the effective deployment of these approaches and methodologies. This will include providing ad-hoc support to the application of interoperable tools to solve the engineering problem at hand, again most frequently using Civil 3D software.
• Be required to identify opportunities for innovation, and to contribute to the development of process automations and identify areas of improvement - starting with Civil 3D but also with an ever changing landscape of application technology.
• Already be in a similar industry role or seeking to achieve a role as a subject matter expert and someone who is the 'go to' person for support to facilitate digital output for developing linear infrastructure. We are looking for someone who is already familiar with digital engineering and the wide range of tools and technologies being used in the industry but have your own vision on how we could all work more effectively.

  We would like someone to join our team who has interests in software technology such as GIS, data management, software coding, 4D/5D modelling, VR/AR applications. Our team has a passion for these subjects and we would like someone to join us who can contribute to sharing this across our teams and clients.

  This role requires individuals who are able to demonstrate experience and ability in the delivery of BIM, systems and processes with at least some of that experience in transportation or infrastructure.

  Our aim is to grow our internal support network for our delivery teams across offices in the UK, Europe, and India and continue to optimise delivery, enhance quality and ultimately exceed client requirements.
