Job Title:

Civil Engineering Team Lead (Principal Engineer)

The company is a well-established Rail Consultancy who offer design solutions on infrastructure projects across the UK. This is critical role in heading up various civil engineering projects, as well as managing a team of highly skilled civil and structural engineers.

The role would be based from their office in Manchester, with hybrid working available.


Key responsibilities for this Civil Engineering Team Lead role:

• Manage and oversee a group of Civil Engineers.
• You will be the CRE across a range of engineering projects covering all stages of design.
• Support & mentor more junior engineers with career progression.

Experience required for this Civil Engineering Team Lead role:

• Ideally Chartered (CEng/IEng) with the Institution of Civil Engineers
• Experience managing a team, or a desire to develop into a management role
• Previous experience in a senior Civil Engineering role, acting as CRE or PE

Package offered for this Civil Engineering Team Lead role:

• Up to £90,000 per annum
