As a Contracts Administration Lead - Inside IR35 your main responsibilities would be:
- Assess the commercial landscape and understand the impact of change on project/programme delivery.
- Ensures contract changes are delivered to budget.
- High quality draft of governance documentation and creation/maintenance of accurate contract change records.
- Ensure effective, value for money delivery from the supply chain and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
- Evaluate customer needs and prioritise requests based on business criticality.
- Delivery of cost avoidance benefits, and timely validation with finance colleagues.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
- Contract negotiation.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Ensuring adherence to KPIs are maintained and the ability to track this.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- The ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Happy to work in a structured, repeatable manner.
- The ability to gather information and write accurate reports.
- The ability to work to a high standard under pressure.
You will also have these Qualifications/Skills:
- The ability to work to a high standard on Word, Excel and Power BI/Bravo.
- GCSE English Language/Literature and Maths.
Essential:
- Negotiating contract variations and extensions ensuring compliance to procurement policy and regulations.
- Experience and detailed knowledge of contract variation and the steps involved within this
- Understanding contract terms and conditions
