- Rail experience desirable

- Experience in delivering customer communication campaigns
The main job purpose is to manage communications and brand activities.
To implement plans that support delivery of the company’s earning requirements, growth targets and customer satisfaction targets.
To lead, manage and implement customer communication campaigns.
Corporate communications such as timetable and fare changes, health & safety and route crime.
To product cross company plans and station poster collateral.
