ull time Ellipse Technical Lead - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Based initially at home due to COVID then will be working in London and Milton Keynes.

Due to several new frameworks and our drive to expand our expertise, we have an opening for an Ellipse Technical Lead, - Enterprise Asset Management, based in multiple sites across London and Milton Keynes. Whilst there may be the opportunity to work from home, you will be expected to work at varying locations to suit the delivery client based commissions. This role would suit an experienced analyst with Ellipse expertise, in terms of its configuration and data structures, we would also be interested in talking to people wanting to progress to the next level in their career.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding on back end functionality of Ellipse and how that translates to front end Ellipse
• To work alongside our Implementation lead to deliver implementation activities and plans
• Be able to extract Ellipse data via SQL when required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Business Object Controller tools would be beneficial but not essential
• Supporting the implementation team with any Ellipse queries
• Ability to review and understand design documents and challenge where necessary

What we are looking for

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to ‘translate’ tech Ellipse speak into common English
• Enterprise Asset Management functional domain expertise
• An understanding of Fieldreach would be beneficial
• Manage day to day implementation activities of implementation team
• Assist the Project Manager with updating project plan
• Weekly reporting on implementation activities to Project Manager
• Management of regular update meetings with Project Manager to outline any risks, issues etc
• Deputise for Project Manager at meetings etc when required
