LEAD AUDITOR – SOUTH EAST /SOUTH WEST – PERMANENT – £37,000 - £43,500K

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Auditor to join a team on a permanent basis, locations could be either South East or South West region.

About You:

· For this role you will have to be a IRCA accredited Lead Auditor, with a NEBOSH general certificate or IOSH technical (or equivalent)

· To have knowledge of relevant RSSB assurance and infrastructure manager standards and have a basic understanding of CDM regulations 2015 or to have the ability and willingness to develop in these areas.

· Must be able to have clear and effective communication skills including the ability to influence at all levels, to be able to provide instruction and explain complex ideas and issues.

What you will be doing:

This role will include performing audits and analyse the performance of its employees’ services and products. Carrying out risk management tasks to ensure safety and compliance are within the appropriate standards and regulations. You will be responsible for undertaking audits on suppliers registering to provide a service to RSSB, using the Rail Industry Supplier Qualification System (RISQS).

The work is currently home based with audits taking place online, but this could change to local providers and some national travel, as needed for specialists in a particular area. All travel and accommodation costs for any work related travel will be covered. You must be located in either the South West or East region.

Salary for this position is between £37,000 and £43,500 with a range of excellent benefits that includes up to 10% bonus (of salary), 30 days holidays per year + bank holidays, private healthcare and an excellent pension scheme.
