Programme Manager – PMO Lead – London

My London based client are currently looking for a Programme Manager to head up their PMO function from their facility in London on a permanent basis.

The candidate will have the following skill set:

• Develop and delivery a functional PMO organisation within the business
• Review and restructure processes which lead to a successful PMO
• Set goals and strategies for the PMO to deliver
• Develop and identify financial/human resource gaps within the PMO function
• Deliver project management programmes within the PMO – leading the delivery and taking accountability of these assignments
• Develop an internal communication strategy – to ensure communication between the PMO team and other stakeholders within the business is clear and concise
• Mentor other members of the team during every aspect of project delivery
• Previous experience of working within a successful PMO function for a Rolling Stock Business
• Experience with Rolling Stock Safety Management Systems
• Delivered projects from cradle to grave
