Rail RAMS Lead - Oman

EWI are supporting a leading international certification company who require a RAMS Lead for a prestigious rail project in Oman.

Responsibilities:

As the RAMS Lead, you will be a pivotal part of the team, overseeing the development and implementation of the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) aspects of the rail project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the RAMS team in the planning and execution of RAMS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations related to RAMS in the rail industry.
• Conducting risk assessments, hazard analysis, and safety assessments.
• Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with system safety and reliability.
• Developing and implementing RAMS plans and processes to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Proven experience as a RAMS Engineer or Lead in the rail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of RAMS standards and methodologies.
• Experience in leading RAMS activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in RAMS or related fields.

Salary:

Circa $12,500 USD net per month + full expat package
