AREA LOGISTICS MANAGER - M40 CORRIDOR - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - £500 - £600 PER DAY

ARM are working with a leading infrastructure company and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Logistics Manager for a contract to be based in the M40 corridor area.

About You:

• You will be a highly experienced logistics manager with experience of covering multi-site based logistics (not just one depot or base).
• You will be focused on safety and will have experience of working with other suppliers or companies.
• You will ideally come from a construction or similar area of experience, however we know others have come from army, events or other complex and multi-site experience.
• You will need to be able to drive, use you own car with business insurance on this position, so is an essential need also.

What you will be doing:

Covering around 50 sites across an area from London to Warwickshire, you will be working with contractor who are responsible for vehicles movements and safety on a large construction project, and ensuring that they adhere to legal requirements, safety and work within agreed objectives.

This position will be have a central office in Birmingham, but will see you site based 2 to 3 days per week and others based from home, with occasional non-home days as team meetings in offices. You will need to be able to drive on this position, as the role covers 50 sites, but mileage is covered for this need.

What you can expect in return:

The rate for this position is offered between £500 and £600 per day and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. These rates are Umbrella, as this role is deemed as inside IR35.
