Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain good relationships with Sector Teams building trust and good rapport.
- Being the trusted Logistics partner for the sector teams, providing accurate and informative Advice and support.
- Compliance inline with the clients Contractual documents including Construction Logistics Strategy (CLS), Environment, Sustainability & Safety Management Plan (ESSMP) and the High-Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017 WI1300, RTMP
- Monitor the work under their control and ensure that any unsafe work conditions and noncompliance with Company policies, client agreements and agreed procedures are promptly addressed, recorded and resolved.
- Production of Sector based CLPs
- Manage logistics monitoring in respective area in line with Works Information (WI1300), Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) and with consents teams (Undertakings & Assurances U&A's)
- Will design and prepare SAPs with the assistance of the Logistics Documentation Manager Ensuring that the required logistics documents ie Construction Logistic Plans (CLPs) and Site Access Plans (SAPs) contain enough, accurate information for logistical planning and construction of the works.
- Formally request any missing information in enough time to allow the programme to proceed without delay.
- Will organise weekly Coordination meetings with Sector Teams
- Will attend related Delivery Meetings.
- Be familiar and competent with the information contained in the LTMP WI1300, ESSMP, RTMP, CLS.
- Build & maintain good relationships with Sub-contractors, Stakeholders, Supply chain and the Client (HS2)
- Responsible for the daily management of the VMS information within their sector and reporting accurate and timely information to the Logistics Admin Team.
