About the Role
This business is going through an exciting time of fast-paced growth. To support delivery of the businesses vision we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Infrastructure division. They will plan, support, manage and deliver the Analytics and Asset Management (AAM) service strategy according to clients needs whilst minimizing risks and maximising value. A strategically minded individual with strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience delivering Analytics and Asset Management projects for clients in asset intensive industries.
Job Purpose
To support the Head of Analytics and Asset Management in delivering high quality, cost-effective and efficiently delivered services to our clients through management of complex data driven initiatives. To provide guidance and support to our existing customers whilst shaping and growing the service offering for new clients.
Responsibilities
- Client facing Programme/Project Management of inflight projects – ensuring delivery is to programme, budget and quality targets.
- Business development for the Service Group, proactively pushing for new work opportunities, client and income streams. The development of any business case submissions required to further push the growth of the AAM service group.
- Delivery of high quality account management to our clients
- Recruitment and boarding process for new team members and contractors.
- Implementing the appropriate document management processes and undertaking regular checks that all of the relevant information is stored/archived/protected in line with the companies processes and procedures.
- Effectively manage client asset management objectives. Assess client’s current asset data status, their future needs, and strategic goals
- Stay abreast of market trends and patterns and suggest asset management best-practise, analytical tools and resource skill sets accordingly
- Work collaboratively with and report to Head of AAM and other Directors
- Foster and maintain positive client relationships. Travel to client sites as needed to deliver projects, present proposals, host workshops etc.
- Collaborate with our analytics team to ensure best in-class service offering whilst developing future service capability.
- Inspire AAM and wider business teams – bringing out the best in already high performing individuals.
Must
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Extensive experience in delivering digital initiative projects in asset intensive industries
- Client facing accountability for delivering output to high profile projects
- Analytically and strategically minded
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Adept communicator both orally and written
- Results driven
- Relevant industry experience and qualifications
- Digital project delivery experience to various methodologies including Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban etc.)
Preferable
- AgilePM/PMI-ACP or similar
- IAM Certificate/Diploma or similar
- PRINCE2/PMP/PMQ or similar
