We have a number of exciting commissions that require asset management expertise, this would give the relevant person access to unique and complex infrastructure programme’s of work and also the ability to test your problem solving skills in the development of asset management and whole life costing strategy solutions.

Requirements
• You will have a minimum of 10 years asset management experience
• Experience working for a consultancy practice is preferable
• You MUST have experience working on the complex infrastructure projects.
• It is essential you are a strong communicator and well-presented.
• You must be able to work in fast paced and often high pressure environments
Experience
• Have a thorough working knowledge of asset management practice and requirements through practical application or process ownership
• Experience of the interactions between financial and technical decision making
• Have a thorough understanding of asset data and information requirements to support best practise asset management
• Knowledge of asset management, resource planning and/or GIS software systems is a benefit
• Understand asset performance requirements and analysis techniques needed to verify that assets are meeting the required levels of service
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly at all levels
• Ability to work in unfamiliar business areas and to use their skills to create solutions.
• Experience of working on large infrastructure projects
• Skilled in oral and written communication
• Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications, ie Microsoft excel and word
• Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes
• Expertise in the development of whole life costing reports and asset condition dashboards
