Our client are specialist service provider to the Rail Industry, providing a wealth of services to Rail clients throughout the country. They manage a variety of works for clients such as Network Rail and regional Train Operating Companies, ranging from small value projects to large scale maintenance contracts. Focusing on the Facilities Maintenance and Reactive environment, with over 25 years’ experience providing specialised services in the Rail Industry.

You will be joining a growing and busy team, in a relaxed and supportive office where progress is encouraged, and challenges are shared.

Your new role
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Works Delivery Co-ordinator, who will work closely with our in-house Contract and Project Managers to provide vital support to our landscaping and FM contracts across the Kent and Sussex regions. The role will include working alongside and learning from experienced colleagues to guide and mentor you through the process of contract support, coordination, and some administration, enabling the delivery of projects and contracts on time and to the highest standard. Your effective support will be a crucial element in the running of Planned Preventative Maintenance as well as some project and reactive activities across a variety of stations & assets. Candidates will have strong efficiency and organisational skills, a good level of I.T. and processing skills and work well within a team environment.


What you'll need to succeed
Good Railway knowledge/ experience with a competency level of COSS desirable
An ability to think innovatively and pro-actively under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
An appreciation and understanding of financial and project management skills.
Confidence to liaise with Customer, clients, operatives, and contractors.
Organised – ability to prioritise works and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full Driving Licence.
Proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Projects (beneficial but not essential).
Computer literate – ability to efficiently pick up new software or systems.
