Our client are a long established joint venture between two global leaders in the delivery of critical infrastructure. Working together for over 30 years, they have been responsible for designing and building part of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure project in Europe.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS to work as a Change Coordinator in our clients Commercial team based in Birmingham
Responsibilities:-
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager, managing earthworks packages on a major infrastructure programme.
- Ensure that the commercial position is protected using in depth understanding and experience of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes.
Background/Experience:-
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
- Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB
- Experience of large infrastructure projects within a commercial function
- Experience of coordinating change or change management
