A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for a joint venture operating on the National Traffic Information Service for Highways England, working as a Change and Programme Manager, based in Quinton (Birmingham).

The role involves:

• Taking responsibility of for implementation and management of an effective and planned approach to change and programme management
  
  
• Matrix management of PMs on projects
  
  
• Working with the Management Team developing and delivering a strategy to maximise NIS service and profitability delivering change of greater than £1m per year
  
  
• 6 moth plan of committed change
  
  
• Delivering Programme office functions producing proposal documents, project plans and project reports
  
  
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationship with the customer
  
  
  

If you have the following experience, this could be the perfect role for you:

• Experience in a Senior Programme/ PM role recent experience delivering software projects to time/budget
  
  
• Experience working with Highways England
  
  
• Knowledgeable within ITS sector
  
  
• Experience developing relationships with clients
