About the vacancy:

Following our recent successful and significant award on the Network Rail framework, we are looking for a new Contracts Manager to spearhead our vegetation contracts in the Central region.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Rail Vegetation professional with strong project management experience to play a pivotal role in the effective management, planning and delivery of our Rail Vegetation contracts. This is a key role and we are therefore looking for candidates with parity in their experience.

As Contracts Manager, you will have previously mobilised and tracked contracts from tender through to completion and have the proven ability to effectively manage all related resources including project costs to ensure commercial success. You will also be an effective leader, supporting and developing our colleagues to be their best whilst achieving a quality end-product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving optimum delivery of output, periodically reporting on performance, profitability and safety. Your ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels to create positive and collaborative working environment in this role is crucial for your success.
