The Role

We are recruiting Estimators and Senior Estimators to join our work winning team. We're looking for people who want to develop their career making a direct contribution to the success of the business and can demonstrate the following:

• Recent experience as an estimator / senior estimator, from first principles in rail infrastructure, civil engineering, or a comparable sector
• Analytical, quick to learn and retain information
• Experience in dealing with direct costs, subcontract packages and prelims pricing across a range of types of project and contract forms
• Able to work as part of a bid team and contributing to the broader tender submission, particularly in terms of identifying, assessing and valuing risk
• proven problem solving, communication and people management skills.
• Able to train and mentor more junior members of the team and contribute to the ongoing development of the way we do things
