Framework Contracts Manager

Based just outside of Cardiff

Up to £65k-75k per annum plus Car allowance and other excellent benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful team who specialise In Asset Management and IP valued projects. During this position you will be working across the Wales/Western area, responsible for financial monitoring and controls of all contracts in your portfolio making sure all aspects of HSQE quality is delivered to the highest standard.

Projects included: de-vegetation, embankment repairs, bridge/structure repairs, brick work/repairs, hand rails, general civils, walls, drainage, landslides

Experience needed:

·Previously held the role of Contracts Manager/Frameworks within Rail or Civils projects. This experience will include all aspects of Contracting Process and technical building requirements whilst upholding strong Commercial awareness.

·Worked on projects involving either IP (low volume, high value) or Asset Management (small value, high volume)

·Experience on relevant projects from start to tendering all the way through to completion. Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

What you will do:

The Contracts Manager has single point responsibility and accountability for successful execution of a project in terms of quality of work, maintenance of schedule, budget and profit margins, along with the client satisfaction from commencement to close-out.
