Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Location: Main off is in Aylesbury - mixture of home and site working.

Salary / Benefits: £60,000 - £65,000 + package

Start Date: ASAP

To be suitable for the position you must have;
- Experience with Rail and/or Highways and be from a structural background.
- NEC3 experience.
- Direct team management experience.
- Have working knowledge of the NEC forms of contracts.
- have managed the commercial performance of schemes that have been delivered successfully.

Role Information;
A fantastic opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join an Infrastructure business. The role will support a programmes of structures works on HS2 within the Highways sector. The Managing Quantity Surveyor will report into the Commercial Manager and be responsible for managing a Senior Quantity Surveyor and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The role will be a mix of home and site working, with the main site office being in Aylesbury.
