Rail Contract (Dispute board) Specialist: Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with strong Dispute Board experience for an on-going Rail/ Metro project in Philippines.

Opportunity:

This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an experienced international expert to join their team. The initial contract shall be a 12-month assignment to be based in the capital, Manila as part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for preparing and managing the Dispute Board activities on behalf of the end client. The project is utilising FIDIC contracts hence the processes and conditions need to be followed.

The successful individual shall be working closely and supported by technical leads, Contract Managers and other resources to ensure success. The contractors are major international (largely European) firms with a history of delivering similar scale projects.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified
• 15+ years' experience (5+ years on similar projects and in a similar role)
• Dispute Board experience
• Strong FIDIC knowledge
• Regional Experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary Package:

The salary package on offer is flexible depending on experience however I would expect them to be within $12-15,000 plus full expatriate package including Flights, accommodation etc.
