Rail or Metro Chief Contract-Financial manager: Philippines

The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Chief Contract-Financial manager for an on-going Rail/ Metro project in Philippines. The role would be working for an International Consultancy firm on behalf of the Department of Transport.

Opportunity:

This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major rail and infrastructure projects around the world are looking for an experienced international expert to join their international team in Manila.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual shall be responsible for supporting in the management and implementation of all commercial aspects of the project. The projects is moving into the Construction phase with a number of the contracts awarded but other still being evaluated. The role will initially be focused on the Civil components with the Systems element following on.

Key requirements for the role:

• Degree qualified in a related subject
• 20+ year as a Contract Specialist including at least Railway project over $500million
  • Strong FIDIC experience (3+ projects) including ICB Tender documentation preparation & implementation.
  • Regional experience would be beneficial

Salary Package:

The salary package would be free of Taxes and expected to be between $12,000 & $14,000 per month.
