THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

I want to hear from experienced 360 recruiters who are skilled in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll have used digital media to engage with diverse audiences and have organised and ran assessments. Advanced communication skills are a must as you’ll be working closely with senior management to understand their requirements, advise on best practice and provide feedback throughout the process. If you have an understanding or been involved with EDI strategies, then we definitely need to talk!

THE ROLE

From gaining authorisations to recruit, writing adverts, shortlisting, organising assessments and interviews, providing feedback, conducting eligibility to work checks, arranging medicals, negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process, this role really encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle! You’ll also have the chance to input into creative marketing campaigns to attract diversity and share your ideas on best practice.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Experience as an internal or agency 360 recruiter is required as is experience of leading assessments. An assessor qualification such as SHL Level 1 would be great but not essential. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

THE PACKAGE

The company are offering a salary up to £32,000 depending upon qualifications plus great benefits including free train travel for you and your family.
