An exciting opportunity for a freelance Senior Estimator to work on HS2 and other Rail projects Outside of IR35!

Currently looking for an established and proficient senior estimator with a proven background of detailed pricing for large rail station, Rail Depots or large commercial buildings.

The role would see you working an a significant HS2 Station in Birmingham, this is a 2 stage tender so would see you help complete the detailed 2nd stage, alternatively pricing Depot upgrade works in the Midlands area.

You'd be working flexibly between home and into Birmingham for weekly meetings.

It's initially a 6 month outside IR35 role, with an opportunity to join one of the countries largest join venture civils rail contractors.

If you have experience of pricing M&E internal works for large Aviation Projects, Rail Projects, Shopping centres etc then this role is perfect for you.
