SENIOR POLICY ECOLOGIST – LONDON or BIRMINGHAM

PERMANENT - £36,360 - £56,465

ARM are working with a leading rail client and we are looking for a Senior Ecologist to focus on policy within environmental and biodiversity elements of the work they are doing.

In order to be considered you will need the following experience and skills. You will currently be working either as a Senior or Lead Ecologist or as a biodiversity policy expert. You will have a good understanding of policies in regards to ecology, biodiversity and environmental work that can be related to infrastructure or large scale construction projects. You will be able to demonstrate where your work has helped with habitat creation, species mitigation, policy work and stakeholder engagement.

Our client is a major rail client and you would be joining a small team working on creating more biodiversity that creates no net loss and biodiversity gain. They have big plans to create a space for biodiversity to thrive for long after their work has been completed. Your role will be to focus on policy to enable habitat creation.

This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based in either Birmingham or London (working from home initially).

Salary for this position is between £36,360 and £56,465 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for this role. On top of this is an excellent benefits package.
