SENIOR PROGRAMME ASSURANCE MANAGER

BIRMINGHAM – PERMANENT - £47,450 - £71,160

In conjunction with a leading rail client, ARM are currently recruiting for Senior Programme Assurance Manager to join their team in the West Midlands.

Our client is leading the development and delivery of the UK new railway and are at the forefront of delivering a world class railway to the UK. This position will be working as part of programme management team and focusing on the assurance on the delivery on a number of projects that are typically valued around £250k. This is done using external assurance partners and your role will be to ensure that mapping, capability and risk is managed, as well as ensuring that the business is ready for new projects and their contractor partners are also ready for delivery and change.

We are looking for an experienced Programme / Project Assurance Manager, who has demonstrable experience within assurance on a major project or programme, ideally within infrastructure (civil, highways, rail or central government). You will have good planning and organisational skills. Technical writing ability. An analytical approach and able to deal with complex problems.

This position will be based in Birmingham, with home working initially and hybrid working expected, when it is safe to return to the office again.

Salary for this position is between £47,450 and £71,160 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this there is an excellent pension scheme, 25 days annual leave per year, life assurance and much more. You can also buy extra benefits.
