The Land and Property team are responsible for acquiring and managing the land and property to enable timely delivery of the set programme schedule. As a Senior Property and Land Surveying Manager you will be responsible for leading on delegated acquisitions to ensure necessary availability of the required land for programme delivery.
Successful candidates will have Membership Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, with the ability to manage communications and negotiations in a insightful approach; effective stakeholder management, and capability in project management techniques; strong IT skills in MS range and ability to access, analyse and maintain information from multiple IT databases and systems.
