The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are supporting the HS2 Rail project and are requiring a Senior Requirements & Change Manager to be based in London.
Opportunity & Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be joining The Euston Partnership which is a collaboration between High Speed 2 & Network Rail to establish the integrated requirements sets and monitoring and managing changes to specification through an integrated process.
Responsibilities:
The Partnership will work alongside NR, HS2 Ltd and other partners to help improve integration and effective working between the Parties and Wider Euston Partners and facilitate consideration and decisions relating to trade-offs across the three projects, through an advising and convening function. This function will cover Strategy & PMO, Engagement & Communications, Technical Integration, Operations and Passenger Experience, and Oversite Development.
The Senior Requirements and Change Manager will be responsible for establishing the integrated requirements set, as well as monitoring and managing changes to specification through an integrated process. As part of this role, they will engage with stakeholders and delivery teams, in order to ensure that integrated project requirements meet TEP outputs for the capability and functionality of the Euston Campus.

Skills:
- Ability to provide specialist technical support and leadership on discipline-specific, technical and engineering principles to project development/ delivery teams and know when to seek further guidance from SMEs.
- Ability to communicate most discipline-specific technical ideas to colleagues, based largely on examples of application.
- Ability to apply many principles relating to standards, safety and the environment and able to articulate the rest.
- Applies principles and methods that ensure effective information management, modelling and data security; understands the approaches and consequences to data creation, transformation and visualisation and knowing when to seek guidance from SMEs.
Knowledge:
- Key technical capabilities - engineering and design, environment, asset management, design integration, engineering assurance, and technical standards and legislation.
- Commercial awareness including understanding of cost delivery, schedule targets and the need to deliver an integrated solution that meets all functional requirements.
- Understanding of the relevant Regulatory/Legislative Frameworks.
- Chartered Surveyor or holding membership of an appropriate professional institution or the equivalent experience.
- Relevant qualification to a degree level or the equivalent experience.
Type of Experience:
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering, design and safety standards, activity on large complex major projects/programmes within a complex infrastructure delivery programme.
- Experience of managing competing project, design, and engineering demands, with cost and schedule implications.

Salary Package:
£43,750 - £54,650 per annum + 20% Flex Fund of Benefits.
