We are current looking for a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer to be based within the Sevenoaks region, specifically West Kingsdown to work on range of project such as residential, industrial, commercial, healthcare, education and retail, but mainly Rail Structures and Civils schemes.  

You may oversee a team of Structural and Civil Engineers undertaking structural analysis and design on various structural and civil schemes mainly rail. Within the role you could undertake inspections of Civil and Structural Engineering works and along with site supervision of Civil and Structural Engineering schemes.

As the Principal Structural Engineer, you will work alongside the Directors, you will be facing clients, responding to client needs, developing and producing reports, specifications, undertaking site inspections
 
As mentioned, you can work on a range of project ranging from Rail Structures, to building structures being based in Kent, specifically West Kingsdown in the Sevenoaks region.


Job Required

• Chartered Engineer
• Ability to mentor and supervise graduates/junior members of staff.
• Appreciation of contract administration and project management.
• Appreciation of client needs, with ability to face clients.
• Experience in design software such as, TEDDS, MIDAS, SUPERSTRESS, STAAD PRO or similar
• Be a car owner/able to drive
