A fantastic opportunity has become available working with a leading engineering consultancy in their office in South East London this role will involve supporting a diverse number of projects, as well as servicing client requirements, on projects within the UK, Europe and also the Middle East. This is an opportunity to work within a team of 100 working with the most talented and passionate ecologists and field biologists, who are to be the next generation leaders.
Your role will involve:

- Leading and mentoring the Ecology team
- Ecological Project Managements and Business Development
- Preparing ecological impact studies, feasibility studies and scheme reports for projects
- An active role in staff development
- In depth knowledge of ecology science
- Degree educated in ecology
- Member of the CIEEM
- Experience within most aspects of ecological projects
- Experience leading a team
- Protected Species license (desirable)
- Project management experience
- Chartered Environmentalist or Ecologist
