ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING OPPORTUNITIES

In collaboration with WOMEN IN RAIL and BOMBARDIER, SHORTERM GROUP invite you to an informal OPEN EVENING to learn about entry level opportunities within MANUFACTURING.

BOMBARDIER have a recruitment drive starting now, for which SHORTERM GROUP are managing the recruitment process. We have partnered with WOMEN IN RAIL for this initiative to encourage more women to apply for these opportunities, supporting the recruitment process in a relaxed and friendly environment. No previous rail or engineering experience is required, we will introduce you to the role and the basic practical skills we are looking to train you in. We are looking for women who are motivated and have a willingness to learn and progress.

Location: Igor's Lounge, Pride Park Stadium, DE24 8UX (through the brick archway)
Date: Tuesday 17th December
Time: 5pm onwards - Doors close at 8pm
Please come on along at a time most convenient for you. The key speeches will be from 6.30pm - 7pm

EVENT DETAILS
On the evening we have representatives from BOMBARDIER, WOMEN IN RAIL and SHORTERM GROUP who will be available for you to discuss the upcoming opportunities within Manufacturing and help support you with the recruitment process should you be interested in applying.

This will be carried out in an informal environment with no pressure! We are inviting women from all backgrounds and you can get as involved as you like with our activities, this evening is for you to learn more about the vacancies, practice practical skills, ask questions and generally for us to support you should you wish to apply.

If after practising the skills we will take you through, you would like to complete or book a formal assessment then the option is there for you. This is an informal introductory evening, so there will be no pressure or judgement - just a chance for you to get the information and understand the skills you need to succeed with a formal application.
