Contract
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be working on a major rail upgrade project, you main responsibilities will include:
*Prepare risk assessments, method statements and all aspects relating to Health and Safety on site for Crossrail
*Liaise with the Crossrail to complete the assurance documentation
*Monitor and record progress on site against the construction programme.
*Ensure Crossrail quality procedures are followed and completed
*Produce ITP's, IRN's, PCC's, PAC, and AC's
*Work with the project manager and project teams to review and manage project from inception to handover.
*Undertake regular meetings with the client
*To liaise with the project manager and prepare the project close out report.
*In Liaison with the Project Manager ensure testing and commissioning is completed on a system by system basis.
*In Liaison with the project team, ensure that the systems approach to installation is maintained and tracked to completion.
*In Liaison with the project team, ensure that drawings are actively as-built and systems handover is accurately documented

RIAI & GDLA form of Contracts and their application.
Pricing & submitting Variations/ Change Orders & maintaining Variation / Change Order Schedules
Final Account Preparation, Negotiation & agreement
LPHW, Chilled Water, Process pipework, compressed air & gas pipework costing.
