Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Brentwood in Essex to start immediately

Monday – Friday
8am – 17.00pm

£18 - £20 per hour PAYE - This is a temp to perm role, once the role goes permanent, then the salary goes up to £34000.

An excellent opportunity to work in static commercial office building has arisen with one of the UK's largest Facilities management companies. The successful candidate will join a team of Multi Skilled Engineers, to carry out PPM’S as well as reactive maintenance, some plumbing duties, and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties:

• Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
• Fire alarms
• FCU's
• AHU's
• HVAC plant
• Water treatment

Requirements:
• City and Guild Level 3 in Mechanical Qualifications (or equivalent)
• Commercial Maintenance Experience
• Client facing person
