PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Administration Assistant reports to the Programme Manager:
- Provides a wide range of administrative support to the Project Team and to enable the effective operation and smooth running of the Project Office.
MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing files, creating documents, correspondence and reports.
- Management of Diaries, scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Responsible for the effective running of the project office, desk allocation, meeting room use, printing and copying.
- Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries
- Ensuring the availability of general office supplies
For this position, the ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience and knowledge:
CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- Previous experience of providing administration support to a construction project office.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal and time management.
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
DESIRABLE:
- First Aider
- Fire Marshall

- Job based in UK - Regional Depot / Project Site as required
