Assistant Delivery Planner

Swindon

Contract (6 months)

My client currently has an opportunity for Assistant Delivery Planner as the planner you will be working, on the planning for TRS (track relaying system) and BCS (ballast cleaning system) works. This is for 6, months.

As the Assistant Delivery Planner Key Responsibilities will be to:-

Attend internal and external planning meetings.

Liaise with campaign management and delivery teams.

Input plan requirements to Possession Planning System (PPS) and Network Rail on Line Logistics to meet industry timescales.

Attend pre-possession planning meetings as required to make sure possession / isolation limits are inputted and allocated correctly.

Enter train, On Track Machine (NROL), and isolation plan requirements into the appropriate planning systems

Key Skills, Experience:-

Previously having worked in Rail

Of on Track Machines, NROL

Planning

Possession Planning System (PPS)

MS Office – Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Rules of the Route
