Are you an experienced Rail CEM?

Do you have experience working on Depot/Rail Systems such as control systems, signalling, comms, track etc.?

My client is a leading British Construction & Engineering company with over 6,000 employees that are looking for a CEM with Rail System/Depot Systems experience to support on a TFL project they are expecting to be awarded this week.

The successful applicant will provide technical leadership for the business, their design package partners, and work with the client to deliver on the Depot project with career development opportunities to grow and take a more senior role in the business later down the line.

Location: circa 3 days on site per week. Site located East London, near Canary Wharf. Remaining days from home.

Package:

• Salary: £80,000 to £85,000
• Car allowance: £6,000
• Bonus: up to 15% yearly bonus
• Pension: up to 6% matched

Required:

• Prior experience in CEM role.
• Experience working on rail depot projects.
• Depot/Rail systems experience such as track, control systems, signalling, comms systems etc. essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Knowledge of quality assurance.
• Must have main-contractor design & build experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Right to work in UK.
• CEng status preferred.

Additional Information:

My client is looking to interview week commencing 12th December. Should they land the project, they would be looking for a start in early January, however they can have a later start date for those with longer notice periods.

This will be a one to two stage interview process, ideally with a face-to-face interview.
