Role
Experienced E&P CRE required to oversee works on a major rail project.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Management of the requirements of NR/L2.INI/02009 and all other relevant standards.

• Confirm the competence and availability of resources to be employed/deployed on the project.
• Confirm that the discipline construction complies with all applicable standards, legislation, contract requirements and specifications.
• Ensure that all design production and checking has been completed and documented.
• Prior to commencement of construction, ensure that the CEM has certified and issued permission to commence construction covering all aspects of construction works to be undertaken.
• Any deviations from the certified design are recorded and managed with the CEM in accordance with the requirements
• Ensure that work package plans are produced, checked, approved, and managed in accordance with standards.

Required Experience

-HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Electrical Engineering

-Extensive Rail E&P experience

-CRE Construction

-Knowledge of safety regulations such as CDM
-SMSTS
-PTS
