Claims Manager - Rail
We require an Experienced Rail Claims Manager to prepare delay/disruption/loss/expense/frustration claims for the projects and control centre product approval.
The claims consultant will be required to write the claim document narrative, to explain the company entitlements in clear terms by reference to contract and scope clause numbers. This role will be required to work alongside a Forensic Planner, to buildup impacted programme(s) to demonstrate the company’s entitlement to additional time in respect of the achievement of Key Dates and extended and/or thickened prelims allowances.
Also, this role will establish any "generic" entitlements the company may have in relation to delays to the product approval of the control centre product, in terms of Network Rail's acts of frustration of the timely completion of Product Approval for this product.
The principles of entitlement under this head of claim will be applied across all of the companies relevant projects under the Major Signalling Framework, which have a dependency on the Product Approval of the product.
