My client, a global leading engineering and technology services organisation, is currently looking for a well-communicative and motivated Complaints Advisor to assist the team and Customer Service Department in all complaints raised. Located at their Newcastle Office, this is a 6-month requirement.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 Month Contract

What are the responsibilities:

o To be responsible for investigating, resolving and reporting of all customer related complaints, ensuring KPI’s and targets are met accordingly.

o To communicate effectively between the Customers, Suppliers and Colleagues to see all complaints through to resolution.

o Provide support to upkeep all relevant complaints documentation and ensure the CRM is recorded accurately for process improvement tasks.

o Provide feedback and suggestions to the suited Manager for complaint prevention purposes.

The ideal Complaints Advisor will:

o Be a confident and self-motivated individual.

o Be passionate and highly articulate with a 'can do' attitude and a proactive approach towards work.

o Hold excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate a fair and reasonable outcome for all parties.

o Have experience in a Complaints Advisor role, ideally within the Water industry is desirable.
