About The Role
We are seeking an E&P Supervisor to join our rail division.
As part of your day to day role, you are responsible for the following;
- The safety of both Linbrooke employees and clients/public who may come into contact with our day to day operations
- Incident, close call, near miss reporting
- The quality of installation of assets onto the Rail infrastructure
- The day to day management of both direct & indirectly employed operatives onsite
- Site inductions for direct and indirect employees and site visitors
- The productivity of staff booking time to the project
- Delivery & return of safety briefings
- Transient site set up & closure
- The control of materials onsite
- The control of plant onsite and its correct use age
- Weekly sign off of times sheet for the project
- Carry out weekly site inspections
- Mobilisation & demobilisation of site
- Record/manage site staff working hours
- Ensure that all work is undertaken in accordance with signed AFC designs
- Maintain as built “red penned” (with Delivery engineer)
- Undertake survey and monitoring activities as directed
- Undertake installation and testing activities as directed
- Undertake Electrical Isolations as per Electrical test plans
- Actively support & encourage Linbrooke Services Ltd.’s HSQE principles across projects
- Actively support the health and welfare of colleagues

Essential
- Relevant trade/construction experience.
- PTS certificate
- COSS certificate (preferred)
- Driving Licence
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project safety management experience.
- Working knowledge of safety, quality and environmental procedures.
- Basic IT skills linked to good document management
- Qualified electrician
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A natural leader of others
- Leads by example & only accepts the best from others in there charge
- Will challenge under or poor performance
- Adheres to and promotes the Network Rail “life saving rules”
- Emergency First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness (preferred)

- City & Guilds Level 3 Award in 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regs
- Level 3 in Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations
