So what can you expect as a Eurostar Engineering Apprentice? -While at college you'll work alongside engineering apprentices from other industries -We'll expect you to achieve consistently high results in your college exams and assessments -You'll complete a comprehensive portfolio of evidence to achieve your qualifications. -Working at the depot you'll carry out routine examination, maintenance & repair tasks on the International Fleet You will spend the first year of the apprenticeship scheme at college, studying towards an NVQ Level 3: Engineering in a Manufacturing Environment. In the second year will start you practical training, working alongside the maintenance teams inside the workshop. In Year 3 & 4 you'll continue to work four days a week in our engineering depot, spending one day a week at college to complete your HNC in Engineering. Upon successful completion of the 4 year Eurostar Apprenticeship Scheme you will become a fully qualified Engineering Team Member (currently earning £36,000) and part of the Eurostar family.
