My client is a highly respected principle contractor in the UK rail and Civil market. Due to some major contract wins they are looking to bolster and add an Estimator to the team.

As the Estimator your duties will include:

• Ensuring key risks are identified.
• Ensuring Client’s requirements are met.
• You will produce tender costs.
• Ensuring opportunities are identified.
• Developing tender strategy.
• Leasing and working with the commercial and operations teams.
• Managing the tender process.
• You will act as a mentor to develop less experienced employees.
• You will build fantastic client and supplier relationships.
• You will build a strong team ethic.
• Provide feedback and handover.

You will self-motivated and driven with a strong commercially astute background. You will be able to work to deadline and work well under pressure.

Yiu will have strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills. With a proven track record of building strong relationships.

A heavy Civil or Rail Background is essential for this role.
