Salary/ Day Rate: £50,000 - £70,000/ £400 - £450 per day (Salary and rate negotiable for the right candidate)

Hybrid: 4 days on site and 1 day at home

The Role

Attitude is key to be successful in this role – developing your existing skillset by being able to learn from Project Managers, Commercial Staff and be ‘hand’s on’ on site. Working on a multi-million-pound project due to last several years – time is on your side to grow your abilities.

Providing a vital function to the team, you will allow the Project Manager’s to deliver current projects, while you take on the Estimating duties for future projects. You will act as the central estimating function of this Commercial team, offering you responsibility and independence.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will come from an M&E background and be locally based within Kent. You will work on a mixture of works from reinforced concrete frames to both high and low voltage packages.
