Flagship Duty Station Manager - West London
Our client who are a Leading Train Operator in the South East have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager/Station Manager to join their team at one of their Flagship Stations. Candidates will be considered from Rail, Bus, Marine, Transport, Terminals, Airports, Large Store Retail Managers, & other strong transferable customer focussed backgrounds.
Assist in the management of train running performance at the flagship station and take action to minimise disruption and delay.
Monitor staffing levels at flagship station to ensure that our obligations are met and opportunities to increase customer service are maximised.
Monitor and maintain a safe environment for customers, contractors, the general public and employees of all companies using the premises.
Provide information, direction coaching and training for all employees in the customer service department.
Carry out stages of the formalised Company processes.
Manage our leased property to ensure that it is well maintained, safe and fit for purpose.
Ensure all staff are regularly briefed on all activities that affect their area of responsibility.
Carry out the requirements of the on call service as necessary.
Salary & Package
£27,000 - £30,000 p/a

Required Experience/Qualifications
Supervisory experience in a customer services environment, managing at least 20+ people.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Candidates will be considered from most customer focused operations management backgrounds including Rail, Terminals, Retail, Airports, Buses, Passenger Ports etc.
You must be eligible to live & work within the UK.
