Location: South Croydon with some travel to other depots

Role Responsibilities

Sometimes travelling between the depots’, you will be:

Training Fleet staff in all technical aspects of rolling stock plant equipment.

Developing and delivering high quality, effective training courses.

Carrying out competency assessments.

Working with managers to develop individual coaching plans.

Skills and experiences required

5 years + Rolling stock maintenance experience

Experience of training or mentoring others

Clearly competent and confident in all methods of communication

Highly Desirable

A training/assessment certification- i.e.) A1 or equivalent

Experience with Bombardier train maintenance- notably Electrostar

Highly experienced ex-forces personnel will also be considered, if they have a depth of a maintenance experience and a track record of leading and training.
