The successful applicant will display exceptional leadership capabilities, working to manage & coordinate a range of asset activities in order to support the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of all fleets throughout their full asset lifecycle.

We are searching for an accomplished and innovative Rolling Stock professional with prior, similar experience within a head of fleet or fleet management position. We are interested in hearing from for a Chartered Engineer, or someone working towards this level, with a strong academic pedigree and at least 10 years Traction and Rolling Stock experience.

Previous experience of managing complex projects and teams, liaising with multiple key stakeholders, exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mind-set are all essential qualities for this position.
