Job description
- Support in the recruitment activity including campaigns and initiatives, adverts, shortlisting candidates and interviewing and selection
- Supporting hiring managers in creating effective and accurate job descriptions
- Advertise all roles on LinkedIn and other portals
- Point of contact for all agencies as per agreed terms and conditions
- Support Egis Rail Uk with all their UK rail recruitment and strategy
- Work with the Wider Egis UK team on supporting best recruitment best practice and strategy
- Work with Line managers to create or amend the interview selection process
- Support with interviews and actively participate in the interview process
- Liaise and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
- Liaise with other Egis recruiter’s globally (via teams/calls) to share knowledge and best practice
- Maintain a recruitment tracker
- Deliver interview training for other employees
- Generate offers of employment
- Manage the Hiring Action Form (HAF) process
Profile
- Familiarity with key recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and other job boards, coupled with the ability to leverage these tools to generate candidates.
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership to work independently to see projects through to completion
- Committed to representing the Group in a professional way in multiple forums, in person, on the phone or via email
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, recruiting colleagues and employees at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly; ability to tactfully and sensitively deal with different queries and situations
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
- Right to work in the UK
