Job Description - Romford RCC Information Assistant:

Desirable
Geographical knowledge of adjoining routes including LUL.
Demonstrable skill in the use of Microsoft Office package and good overall IT skills (will need to learn IT systems such as TRUST to gather information)
Key Accountabilities:-
Undertake level one attribution of delays – initial investigation/ system interrogation and raising and coding and attributing delay incidents in the Kestrel Performance Management System in accordance with the Delay Attribution Principles and Rules.
Collate and disseminate information to the Exec team, on-call, and key project people
Dissemination of accurate, concise, and timely information on IT systems, in accordance with RFLI standards and statutory requirements to RFLI staff, Train Operator staff and other railway group members.
Preparation of information for inclusion within the Control Log of all notable actions.
Work closely with the S&IM in the management of information flows within / out with the control organisation.
Produce reports and supporting data to agreed specification and co-ordinate the provision of other necessary Control information to defined timescales.
Contract Length – 31/01/2022 – 30/06/2022
