NEC SUPERVISOR – NORTHERN IRELAND

6 MONTHS - £30 - £40 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a leading rail company and we are looking for an NEC Supervisor for a 6 month contract working in Northern Ireland.

In order to be considered you will need the following essential skills and experience:

• Significant experience of working as a site engineer on civil engineering and rail projects
• Good working knowledge of NEC controls
• Hold a PTS qualification / certificate
• On site design implementation of Permanent Way Renewals that includes best practice in p-way installation.

This position will require you to obtain a Network Rail Medical for this position and ideally will already hold one.

Our client is currently carrying out a number of works and this position will be working night shifts to be based north of Belfast. The projects will include:

• All telecoms – installing new telecoms
• New structures and foundation for signals
• This will be done by specialist subcontractors
• Reviewing the work
• Ensuring that the works are quality checks
• Supervising the works on site

This role will be working night shifts (7 hours) and working 6 nights per week (Saturday nights off), working 4 weeks on, then one week off. This averages 45 hours per week across a 5 week period.

This is a contract role that is initially offered at 6 months, but will is expected to extend to 12 months.

Pay is between £30 and £40 per hour and will be dependent on experience and suitability for this role. Should a medical or PTS be required, then the costs of this will be covered by the client. Rates are inside IR35 and are quoted as Umbrella company rates. PAYE rates can be discussed upon application.
